What families do we help?
Many high performers want their young adult family to be as successful as them. Often, sadly, that's not the case. Suffering from: not finding career clarity, anxiety, depression, or substance abuse, many of them cannot get in their best lane. This can become very frustrating for families that have adequate resources but they can't seem to help loved ones go from failing, or even B- to A.
That's where Howleader comes in. We have access to many top people and often can work with a person fully in all areas. We help them build a success map and also can guide them to appropriate resources. These resources work closely in conjunction with our founder. Our founder, Evan, has deep experience in job and interview coaching however also works privately and very closely with families that need help with a non performing member. Evans Masters is in Corporate Psychology and Counseling has had him work discreetly with teens and adults in the areas of substance abuse, depression, trauma mapping, meditation, and finding one's life purpose.
