How to interview like a pro

How to Interview:

Most people don't realize it's super important to be able to quantify and express their results in the beginning of an interview process. Even if it's brief, it makes an impact on the interviewer. Results are the ONLY thing that differentiate you from your peers. Everyone has skills, 90% of the same skills are required in each role. Managers want to know where you differentiated yourself from others. If you do that 1st, it wakes them up for the interview, gets them excited, makes them present. Without that distinction the energy in the interview room stays the same, without any spikes in attraction or pull from you to them. Coupling your results with the second step in REAPRICH, energy helps you show them that you're here! You're better, faster, stronger, and have more to offer than your peers! If they HEAR your results and SEE them on your resume in the 1st bullet under each role, then they will be excited and ready to listen closely. You will have communicated with them in the two most important ways needed to make a 1st power impact. If you don't know "How To Interview" then you leave much to chance.

How do I start my interview?

With a large smile, strong energy in your voice, and a mindset of lighting up the room. Simultaneously you will recite your top results and processes to the manager. This should be in bullet format, brief and concise, and take no more than 90 seconds, 60 is preferred. The reciting of your results should be practiced at least 10 times in the mirror during the 5 days prior to the interview. You want to create nervous system memory and mental memory and practice bringing your emotions in to impact the manager. Remember, if you don't awaken the manager, impact them, and get their attention right out of the gate, they will be thinking about something else. You NEED to bring them into the room.

How can I do a good interview?

Follow the Reaprich steps but practice them beforehand. Many spend six figures on an education but don't spend 30-60 minutes writing out their Reaprich steps and practicing them in the mirror. You have to be awake, present, exact and excellent in each step of the process. If you're not, you could lose the attention of the manager, or step on a landmine, thus making a huge mistake. Many people leave this to chance and go rogue into their interview process. This would be like having a mtg. with your boss on a subject and not preparing your notes and updates. Any meeting left to chance has a high variable content.

What are the 5 steps for an interview?

Study the people you're interviewing with. Use Linkedin or Google. Make sure you have a power resume to hand to them based on Reaprich science and have practiced your Reaprich delivery. If they see Reaprich in your resume then hear it from your voice you will have handled the visual and hearing aspects of an interview. You will have gone on offense and answered the conscious and unconscious 8 key questions of the manager. In doing this you will have made sure they GET all the core the information they need, despite the questions they end up asking you. Make sure to ask for next steps in the interview process. Close them if it's the last interview, ask for the job. I do an outline of closing strategies in my interview and in my book. Companies want to see that you believe in yourself and closing them shows you can ask for what you need from fellow employees, and from customers.
